No. Your purchase will appear as VenWel on your credit card statement, keeping things a little more discreet.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout North America.
Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to arrive.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Can I return a product?
Because of the intimate nature of our products, return eligibility may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
What if there's something wrong with my Tingle Trio?
We stand behind our products. The Tingle Trio™ is backed by a one-year warranty.

How should I clean my Tingle Trio?
Follow the cleaning and care instructions provided with your product.
As a general rule, intimate products should be cleaned before and after use and allowed to dry completely before being stored. Always follow the product-specific instructions regarding water exposure and approved cleaning methods.
How do I store it?
Once everything is clean and completely dry, return the pieces to their case and store them somewhere cool and dry.
Conveniently, the Tingle Trio's case also makes keeping everything together—and out of sight—a whole lot easier.
Is the Tingle Trio travel-friendly?
It's compact, discreet, and comes with its own storage case, making it easy to bring along.
